Q: Do you allow pets?

Yes. Pets are allowed in most of our units. There is a limit and we do require either a monthly pet rent or an upfront fee which is NON-refundable. The following dogs are NOT allowed: Pitbull terrier-types (American Staffordshire/American bull terrier), Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman pincher, German Shepard. All other breeds are up to our discretion.

Q: Do you require first, last and security deposit?

We require the first month’s rent and a security deposit that is equal to the rent upon lease signing. Occasionally first, last and security deposit are required depending on your credit and employment status.

Q: Do you accept section 8?

Yes. We do have some properties that are section 8 approved.

Q: Do you run a credit check?

Yes. We perform a credit and criminal background check. We will also verify your employment and references.

Q: Is there an application fee?

Yes. There is a $25 application fee per individual over the age of 18. The fee is non-refundable.

Q: How do I secure an apartment/house?

Once your application is approved, we will ask you to put down a holding deposit. This amount comes off of your balance upon lease signing. We will keep advertising and showing the unit until a deposit is received.

Q: Where do I get an application?

You can fill out an application directly on our website or come into the office and get one. Once we receive your application, our processor will contact you with any questions and application fees that may be due.
